Wedding Information:
RETAINER &
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Our studio requires a 10% retainer on any Image Collection
to reserve your date and to schedule your photographer and
assistant. This retainer is Non-Refundable.
When you book
our studio to provide you with photographic coverage of your
wedding you will sign our Payment Schedule form, which will
outline your payment dates and amounts. Our studio requires
one-half (1/2) of the total balance due to be paid 60 days
prior to your wedding date. The remaining balance is due to
our studio on or before 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your
wedding date. At this time we will go over your contract to
confirm times, place, directions, etc. Although we prefer
you to not make payments between your booking date and your
60 days date, we will accept “drop payments” $500.00
minimum. A new payment plan is available - (contact Red for
more details)
Postponements:
We understand
that sometimes things happen and you may have to postpone
your wedding. Should you need to postpone your wedding,
please notify us as soon as possible! If you are postponing
your wedding to a different date that we have available – No
Problem!! We will transfer all of your information to that
date. We will need notification of postponement in writing
please. However, if we do not have the postponed date
available and if postponement is before 60 days prior to the
wedding date, we limit any refund only to monies paid above
the retainer. (The retainer is Non-Refundable.) If after
receiving your Preview Album and there is no contact from
you for 90 days Your Contract Becomes Null & Void!
Cancellations:
As with any other company that you hire to perform a service
you usually sign a contract. Such is the same with our
studio. Once we sign the contract I expect, count on, and
plan for that income for my business. I am sure you
understand that should you cancel your contract it would be
impossible to book another wedding in your place, so our
Cancellation Policy is as follows:

WE WILL NOT
ACCEPT ANY VERBAL CANCELLATIONS.
Refunds:
Should you
cancel your contract with us at any time before the 60 days
date prior to your wedding date, we limit refund only to
monies paid toward your balance, with payments made in a
timely manner.
Should you
cancel your contract with us after your 60days date all
monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. At this time we will state
your contract Null & Void.
Note: Upon
signing of our contract, you imply that you have received,
have read and do accept the above stated company policies
with regards to Retainer, Payment Requirements,
Postponements, and Cancellations/Refunds.
